Return & Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns on purchases postmarked within 7 days of receipt.

A full refund minus a 15% restocking fee will be issued on original sealed, unused, unopened, untampered, or damaged items ONLY.

Buyer is responsible for ALL return cost unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

*A damaged item constitutes as follows: Defective zipper or stitching (open, broken, or missed seams). We may ask for pictures and/or a video to determine the best option on how to proceed with your return/refund or exchange request.

An incorrect order by fault of LLLHD:

  • Wrong order

  • Missing items
